We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
At LEAST a 4 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Upon cancellation you will be issued a full refund (this excludes Spa Parties and Corporate Chair Massage events). This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. However, if you are unable to give 4 hours advanced notice, you will be charged one third (1/3) of the total amount of your appointment. Spa Parties and larger party events (i.e. Corporate Chair Massage) require a $100.00 deposit which is non-refundable on cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to event.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for half (1/2) of their missed appointment.
If you arrive late for an in-office appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to be on time.
